Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting in-person interview days
• Manage job postings and requisition creation in Greenhouse
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, and Google Workspace
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and onsite support
• Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects and process improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination
• Experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones
• Proficiency with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting technical, engineering, or IT recruiting teams
• Familiarity with Confluence or similar collaborative workflow tools
• Exposure to HR systems and project-based talent acquisition initiatives
