Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for technical roles under the guidance of senior recruiters and hiring managers
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and interest
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-6 months of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing techniques
• Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment systems
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• HR Diploma or Talent Acquisition certification
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
