Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS databases
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct recruiting
• Review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Schedule and oversee pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug testing
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities
• Process new hire, employee status change, and termination documentation
• Ensure employee records and HR data are accurate, complete, and compliant
• Assist with HR projects, employee programs, and process improvements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience sourcing candidates and coordinating recruitment
• Proven track record of talent identification for technical roles and driver recruitment
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
