Talent Acquisition Coordination Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators
• Ensure seamless hiring experiences for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Oversee interview scheduling, background checks, and coordination activities
• Partner with TA Managers and Operations to align support with business priorities
• Drive recruiter productivity through process improvement and workload balancing
• Leverage data, automation, and AI to improve team efficiency
• Monitor operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, TA, or HR/People Operations
• Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding others
• Strong focus on process improvement and operational optimization
• Data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Ability to work across different teams, regions, and time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling coordination or shared services teams
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, or workflow technologies
• Experience in a global, fast-paced environment
• Experience with ATS, scheduling tools, and background check solutions
