Talent Acquisition Consultant

Responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment cycle for the MEA region.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior HR leaders to manage the selection and hiring process.
• Drive focused searches for active and passive candidates using internal RMS, external job boards, and networking sites.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to ensure positions are filled within time-to-fill goals.
• Conduct pre-screen assessments and provide detailed candidate summaries to hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate offer negotiation process in alignment with company policies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for future opportunities.
• Ensure a high standard of candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates via various channels, including job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in candidate management, client management, and compensation negotiations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage specialized recruiting programs and compliance issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience using Workday (RMS system).
• Certification or formal training in advanced internet search techniques.
• Previous experience as a high-volume recruiter in a consultative environment.
