Conduct is building the AI operating system that absorbs complexity for the world's largest companies, giving enterprises back their speed and ambition. We are a small, talent-dense team that has recently raised a $60M Series A and is scaling rapidly.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle across engineering, product, and GTM, including sourcing, outreach, screening, and offers
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate on talent quality
  • Build recruiting infrastructure including ATS setup, scorecards, sourcing playbooks, and templates
  • Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
  • Shape the employer brand by defining job specifications and how the company is presented to the market
  • Manage external recruiting partners when necessary

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing tech environments
  • Strong technical recruiting expertise with a track|record of closing software engineers, staff engineers, and product designers
  • Creative sourcing instincts to build pipelines of passive talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build trust with technical candidates and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to define talent standards and hold teams accountable to the hiring process
