Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising them through every stage of the recruitment process
• Define and deploy talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and strengthen the employer brand
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various functions, with a heavy focus on specialized IT roles
• Ensure a rigorous recruitment process from initial need assessment to the final job offer
• Utilize performance indicators to continuously improve recruitment practices and processes
• Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and candidate experience through new technologies and best practices
• Oversee the successful integration of new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Contribute to various Talent & Culture projects and represent the company at corporate events

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience recruiting IT profiles (developers, QA, product managers, scrum masters, architects, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software development environments and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters (or similar ATS)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and propose solutions in a high-growth, transformative environment
