About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in the Tech domain
  • Partner with hiring managers from role definition to final hiring decisions
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, timelines, and compensation
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other tools
  • Conduct interviews and assess competencies and cultural fit
  • Use recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes
  • Build talent pools and long-term candidate relationships
  • Support employer branding initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn and Boolean search
  • Experience conducting structured interviews (e.g., STAR method)
  • Understanding of tech roles and stacks (backend, frontend, cloud, data, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
