About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in the Tech domain
- Partner with hiring managers from role definition to final hiring decisions
- Provide market insights on talent availability, timelines, and compensation
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other tools
- Conduct interviews and assess competencies and cultural fit
- Use recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes
- Build talent pools and long-term candidate relationships
- Support employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn and Boolean search
- Experience conducting structured interviews (e.g., STAR method)
- Understanding of tech roles and stacks (backend, frontend, cloud, data, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
