Responsibilities
- Lead global talent and recruitment strategy to support business growth
- Manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
- Drive talent initiatives including employer branding, onboarding, internal mobility, and succession planning
- Own the development of recruitment systems and processes, specifically Pinpoint ATS and Dayforce HRIS integration
- Lead the rollout and development of Dayforce talent modules to improve global talent management
- Partner with stakeholders to identify, attract, and engage talent across the organization
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition leadership and team management
- Proven track record in managing recruitment systems and processes
- Experience with Pinpoint ATS and Dayforce HRIS
- Ability to drive global talent initiatives and employer branding
- Strong stakeholder management skills
