Talent Acquisition Business Partner I

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with target universities and student organizations
• Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to support early-career talent pipelines
• Screen, assess, and present qualified early-career candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to refine candidate criteria and selection strategies
• Coordinate campus events, networking sessions, and student engagement activities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for early-career and internship positions
• Maintain candidate activity and records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Utilize data and metrics to support recruiting strategies

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or University Relations, OR a Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting through offer acceptance
• Experience using Workday and Eightfold
• Previous talent acquisition experience in a corporate recruiting environment
• Experience supporting internship and early-career recruiting programs
