Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end full lifecycle recruitment process for design, engineering, operations, manufacturing, and quality roles
• Partner with HR teams and hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and provide labor market intelligence
• Provide high-touch "white glove service" to ensure an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience
• Develop robust search strategies that support diversity, inclusion, and affirmative action initiatives
• Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues to promote company culture
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including OFCCP and EEOC

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or highly technical roles across all seniority levels
• Experience within the manufacturing industry with a strong affinity for sourcing and headhunting
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for navigating fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with Workday Recruiting and Beamery is preferred
