Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent pipelining, candidate experience, and onboarding coordination
• Build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships across various service lines
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders and hiring managers on talent attraction and market trends
• Execute proactive sourcing and talent pooling strategies for both local and international candidates
• Promote BDO’s employer brand and value proposition to candidates and external stakeholders
• Partner with the Global Mobility team to manage international hires and visa-related requirements
• Coach and upskill stakeholders through workshops to enhance internal recruitment capabilities

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a 360-recruitment role, either in-house or within an agency
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and talent pipelining
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Experience driving employer branding via digital platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global mobility and international recruitment processes
• Ability to advise on best practice recruitment methodologies and market trends
