Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic TA partner for the Services department, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on team structure and priorities.
• Own the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, from structured intake meetings and requirement setting to final offer negotiation.
• Proactively source and build passive talent pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles using market-specific channels.
• Provide data-led market insights to stakeholders, including talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and time-to-hire metrics.
• Maintain high quality-of-hire standards by running structured assessments and ensuring consistent interviewer feedback.
• Utilize AI-assisted recruiting tools to enhance outreach, research, and the quality of job briefs.
• Lead and develop a team of two recruiters through structured feedback and professional mentorship.

Requirements

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services.
• Demonstrated track record of building advisory relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or guiding experienced recruitment colleagues.
• Proficiency in using AI tools within a recruiting workflow and strong data literacy.
• Ability to manage complex portfolios and maintain organization under pressure.
• Must be currently based in Amsterdam to facilitate in-person relationship building.
