Talent Acquisition (Binance Accelerator Program)

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across various technical roles
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn and internal ATS
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support market mapping and competitor research to inform hiring strategies
• Contribute to employer branding campaigns and various recruitment projects
• Participate in weekly team syncs and meetings with hiring managers
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas to optimize recruitment workflows

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Bilingual fluency in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with international stakeholders
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
• Proactive and resourceful mindset with an eagerness to learn
