About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for existing European boutiques to ensure team continuity and service quality
- Define hiring needs with managers, including operational constraints, language requirements, and availability
- Deploy continuous sourcing strategies through job postings, direct approach, and talent pools
- Conduct structured pre-qualifications and interviews focusing on soft skills and objective criteria
- Manage recruitment pipelines daily, ensuring rigorous follow-up and reduced time-to-hire
- Guarantee an impeccable candidate experience and maintain a consistent brand image for the Maison
- Implement and maintain recruitment standards, including evaluation criteria and feedback formats
- Ensure data quality within the ATS for reliable reporting and tracking
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (including internships or apprenticeships)
- Proven experience recruiting operational profiles in retail, hospitality, or high-volume environments
- Professional proficiency in English (required for frequent interviews)
- Strong sense of execution with high reactivity, rigor, and autonomy
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with managers to clarify needs and drive decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically related to new store openings
- Proficiency in additional languages
