Talent Acquisition Associate

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and proactive outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings and first-round interviews
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact to the final offer
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
• Collaborate with the People Lead on offers and hiring decisions
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness
• Support employer branding efforts and engage with relevant professional communities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a people-related role
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and managers
• A curious mindset and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Proven experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or other recruitment platforms
• Previous experience working within a technology or healthcare environment
• Involvement in employer branding initiatives or recruitment campaigns
