Talent Acquisition Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage workflows
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics for reporting
• Coordinate interview logistics and meeting room reservations
• Support onboarding processes, including offer letters and pre-employment checks
• Assist in organizing career fairs and recruitment events
• Respond to candidate inquiries to ensure a positive experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR support
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Understanding of basic recruitment principles and best practices
• High degree of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
