Talent Acquisition Associate

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and presenting offers with a focus on inclusion.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, enhance job descriptions, and understand organizational needs.
• Manage compensation discussions and offer negotiations in coordination with leadership and Global Compensation.
• Ensure an inclusive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and guiding managers on recruitment best practices.
• Execute TA team projects at regional and global levels to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Support the Itron employment brand through social media content creation and career website collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proficiency in common workplace software including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and influence skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site at least one day a week (preference for Liberty Lake, WA).
• Ability to travel 5-10% for recruitment events, meetings, and training.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail regarding administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Experience using early career platforms such as Handshake, Symplicity, WayUp, or Yello.
• Background in managing recruitment-related projects or programs.
• Previous experience working within a recruitment or staffing agency.
• Understanding of ethical AI applications in the recruitment process.
