About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail and HQ positions internationally
- Lead sourcing strategies to attract top talent across different markets
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and organizational needs
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and propose improvements to hiring processes
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies
- Ensure alignment between candidates and Flabelus culture and values
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within retail, fashion, or fast-growing consumer brands
- Strong experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized profile
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Immediate availability to start in Madrid
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in French is a strong plus
