Talent Acquisition Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, with a focus on warehouse, permanent, and contract staff.
• Support the HR Manager with background checks, onboarding forms, and administrative recruitment tasks.
• Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining databases and acting as the primary point of contact for users.
• Lead recruitment fairs and seasonal event initiatives.
• Maintain organized calendars and provide exceptional customer support to resolve inquiries promptly.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in record maintenance and decision-making within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of HRIS, ERP, or ATS platforms.
• Basic understanding of HR regulations and laws.
• Valid Passport with the ability to travel occasionally to other office locations in Canada, the USA, or Mexico.
