Talent Acquisition Advisor - University

Responsibilities

• Implement recruiting strategies to source and attract intern and new graduate candidates for engineering and construction groups
• Plan and execute on-campus recruiting activities, including Career Fairs and Info Sessions
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess knowledge, skills, and aptitude
• Execute the end-to-end recruiting process using internal systems and tools
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring leaders to align on position requirements and market insights
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain recruiting technology platforms to ensure accurate candidate records
• Negotiate with candidates regarding offers and counter-offers
• Connect external market conditions with internal workforce demands to build talent pipelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to travel overnight throughout the US and/or Canada
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
