Talent Acquisition Advisor - Engineering

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term business objectives
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate guidance
• Consult with managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective hiring strategies
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism
• Negotiate offers strategically to balance candidate expectations with organizational goals
• Develop talent pipelines through proactive networking and engagement with passive candidates
• Leverage creative sourcing strategies across social media, niche job boards, and industry events
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve hiring processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting
• Experience recruiting within the Engineering or Construction sectors
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruiting platforms
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work productively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
