Talent Acquisition Advisor - Corporate Functions

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence and guidance to inform recruitment decisions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre talent for Finance, HR, IT, and other corporate functions
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure compliance with company standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment, ideally supporting corporate functions
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain industries is highly desirable
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as PageUp, Workday, or Bullhorn is highly regarded
