About the role
Responsibilities
- Post job adverts on various job boards and manage incoming applications
- Review CVs and progress suitable candidates through the recruitment funnel
- Conduct first-stage telephone screening calls with candidates
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals for sales roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessment days
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate details
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates
- Support the preparation of offers and the onboarding handover process
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage details
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- A genuine interest in developing a career in HR and recruitment
