Tailor

Responsibilities

• Perform high-end garment alterations and fittings according to client needs and company quality standards
• Ensure accurate markings on garments to facilitate proper alterations
• Partner with Sales Associates to provide exceptional service during customer fittings
• Support the Made to Measure ordering process and handle special customer requests
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping and tracking of all goods and alterations
• Communicate turnaround timelines clearly to customers to ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with the Operations Lead to manage supplies and project complexity
• Educate coworkers on tailoring best practices and the feasibility of specialty product alterations

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in alterations and professional fitting
• Previous experience in a high-end retail environment preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
