Tailor

Responsibilities

• Customize, personalize, and repair Levi’s® denim products for customers
• Understand customer needs, including taking measurements for leg alterations in changing rooms
• Support the shop floor team with sales and exceptional customer service
• Manage scheduling and coordination of tailoring appointments
• Communicate effectively with other Tailors, Sales Stylists, and Store Management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous tailoring experience
• Retail experience preferred
• High standard sewing and stitching skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking and a passion for the brand
