Tailor

Responsibilities

• Execute basic alteration services including hemming, patching, repairing, and tapering
• Perform technical alterations and detailed appearance altering processes using specialized equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service to elevate the client experience
• Educate and train store teams on Tailor Shop offerings and services
• Train and assist in setting goals for part-time tailors

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sewing and tailoring experience
• Strong knowledge of denim construction and the denim industry
• Proven skills in sewing, tailoring, and textile repair
• Thorough understanding of textiles, fabrics, and sewing machines used for denim
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external customers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree
• Formal training in apparel design
