Tailor

Responsibilities

• Sew, measure, hem, and fit garments to meet customer needs using approved methods and specifications
• Repair or replace defective garment parts such as pockets, zippers, buttons, and linings
• Achieve personal productivity goals and assist the team in meeting department targets
• Provide high-quality customer service and ensure garments are completed within established call dates
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store environment
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless workflow and represent the brand with legendary service

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional tailoring experience
• Deep knowledge of clothing and shirt construction and various fabrics
• Previous experience in a retail environment or custom clothing sales
• Scheduling flexibility to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers on the sales floor
• Proficiency with special order tools, fabrics, and programs
• Physical ability to perform repetitive motions and sit for long periods
