About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the operation and supervision of the Central Control Room within the production area.
- Monitor and analyze critical process parameters to anticipate deviations and ensure operational continuity.
- Coordinate activities with operators, maintenance, and support areas to meet the production plan.
- Propose and implement operational improvements focused on efficiency and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the shift operational team.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering or Technical degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production within continuous process industries.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leadership roles, preferably in production environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
