Responsibilities
- Animate gaming tables while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures
- Welcome and assist customers to ensure a high-quality experience
- Anticipate and detect anomalies during games and report them to management in real time
- Explain the rules of each table game to players
- Control the accuracy of payment operations to players
- Participate in table opening and closing operations in accordance with regulations
Requirements
- Experience as a Table Manager or Category 1 Dealer
- High level of autonomy, rigor, and dynamism
- Professional presentation and availability
- Strong team spirit and customer service sensitivity
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
