Responsibilities

  • Animate gaming tables while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures
  • Welcome and assist customers to ensure a high-quality experience
  • Anticipate and detect anomalies during games and report them to management in real time
  • Explain the rules of each table game to players
  • Control the accuracy of payment operations to players
  • Participate in table opening and closing operations in accordance with regulations

Requirements

  • Experience as a Table Manager or Category 1 Dealer
  • High level of autonomy, rigor, and dynamism
  • Professional presentation and availability
  • Strong team spirit and customer service sensitivity
  • Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
