Table Games Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful operations of the Table Games area, ensuring game protection and a memorable guest experience
• Monitor gaming play on assigned tables for mistakes, fills, credits, money changes, and security
• Supervise and lead Team Members, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations
• Handle minor disputes and correct mistakes on assigned tables with tact and diplomacy
• Enforce Table Games policies, procedures, and Tribal Minimum Internal Control Standards (TMICS)
• Manage administrative tasks including compiling shift paperwork and entering player data into computer systems
• Maintain a professional and positive environment while greeting guests and Team Members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Table Games
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory training or experience
• Proficiency in at least three major games (Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, or Poker)
• Knowledge of Tribal Minimum Internal Control Standards (TMICS)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a loud, smoke-filled environment
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to obtain a gaming license in accordance with LTBB Gaming Regulatory Commission regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
