Table Games Floor Person

Responsibilities

• Supervise table games dealers, including auditioning, training, and directing work
• Manage the administration of fills and credits while maintaining bankrolls
• Analyze customer play to identify cheating scams or suspicious variations
• Ensure the safety and security of both employees and customers
• Review and communicate table game activities to supervisors and managers
• Resolve guest and employee disputes and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act and all company policies
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and verify legal age for gaming participation
• Perform dealer duties as required, including replacing and sorting cards

Requirements

• Valid Colorado Gaming License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in table games
• Ability to deal all games offered in the Blackjack pit area
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
• Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance
