About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform cash operations including currency exchange, credit cards, checks, and refunds
- Manage opening and closing of the cash register
- Issue official documents and manage official registers
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Apply TRACFIN procedures
- Detect and report customers in situations of gambling abuse
- Welcome and assist customers
