TA Partner, Merchant Business

Responsibilities

• Execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with functional goals and objectives
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews
• Drive referral and campus hiring initiatives, including communication and branding strategies
• Proactively seek market intelligence and industry trends to improve attraction and assessment methodologies
• Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to track performance and report on key KPIs

Requirements

• MBA or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources
• 5+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition
• Mandatory experience in bulk hiring or sales hiring
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong data analytics skills and a bias for using data to solve problems
• Proven ability to execute with rigor and build consensus across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Expertise in sourcing through diverse channels including consultants, job portals, and self-sourcing
