TA Partner

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services, including sourcing, screening, and offer consultation, while managing key hiring metrics.
• Build and maintain strategic talent partnerships with hiring leaders, HR partners, and senior business stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence and candidate insights to influence hiring strategies through data and storytelling.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and technology to efficiently identify, engage, and assess top talent.
• Collaborate with the APJC Talent Acquisition Leader to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Research and implement tailored recruitment strategies for newly assigned requisitions across various functions.
• Champion continuous improvement by leveraging metrics and feedback to optimize hiring processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience hiring across APJC countries (e.g., Singapore, Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand).
• Experience recruiting across a range of disciplines and levels, spanning both corporate and operations roles.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze trends and refine strategies.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and AI-driven recruitment technology.
• Excellent sourcing, networking, and consultative communication skills to influence executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry.
