TA Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and continuously optimize the Greenhouse ATS, including configuration, integrations, and data integrity
• Lead the build and rollout of automation initiatives such as self-scheduling and automated candidate engagement
• Map, document, and standardize end-to-end recruitment processes across different regions and business units
• Design and deliver TA enablement content, including onboarding programs, training modules, and a centralized knowledge hub
• Maintain and improve TA reporting and dashboards to track key metrics like time to hire and pipeline health
• Manage the Hiring Manager survey program, including design, analysis, and action planning
• Drive a consistent approach to recruitment messaging across job descriptions and candidate communications

Requirements

• Proven experience in a TA Enablement or TA Operations role with a focus on systems, process, and data
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS administration and configuration
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear materials
• High level of data literacy and comfort working with reports to identify trends and insights
• A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing or delivering formal training content or enablement programs
• Deep understanding of recruiting metrics and how to use data to drive behavioral change
• Interest in how AI can be leveraged to support TA team effectiveness
