TA Business Partner (Early Careers & Hourly Recruitment)

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. early career roles, including internships, co-ops, and rotational programs.
• Lead recruiting strategies for hourly and skilled trade positions across multiple U.S. sites.
• Plan and represent the company at campus and community recruiting events, such as career fairs and info sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, technical schools, and workforce development programs.
• Collaborate with site HR and operations teams to align recruiting efforts with workforce needs.
• Support employer branding efforts and talent campaigns to connect with future talent pipelines.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of high-volume, hourly recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Early Career or Campus recruiting.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Dayforce experience is a plus.
• Experience with campus recruiting platforms and CRM strategies.
• Ability to travel to regional campuses and events as needed.
