T24 Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for T24 modules including Accounts, Funds Transfer, Payments, and Loans
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of the Temenos T24 application
• Analyze and resolve production issues within SLA timelines and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Write, modify, and debug programs using jBASE and analyze existing T24 routines, versions, and templates
• Monitor COB (Close of Business) and EOD (End of Day) processes and troubleshoot batch failures
• Execute data fixes using T24 tools and jBASE commands while validating data integrity
• Support deployments, upgrades, patches, and interfaces between T24 and external systems like SWIFT
• Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and runbooks to facilitate knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in T24 support or development
• Strong expertise in Temenos T24 architecture and modules
• Hands-on expertise in jBASE programming and MultiValue database concepts
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
• Deep understanding of core banking operations such as customer accounts, payments, and loans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in critical environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TAFJ (Java-based T24)
• Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and DevOps practices
• ITIL certification for support processes
