T24 FPA

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance banking systems including Core Banking, AML, and Reporting based on Temenos products
• Perform system impact analysis and support business requirement definition, solution design, and functional specification design
• Support technical specification design and the creation of SIT tests
• Produce required SDLC artefacts, including specification documents, layouts, diagrams, and manuals
• Provide BAU support for branches, including troubleshooting and QA
• Collaborate with partners across various IT and business groups

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in banking operations
• 5-10 years of experience in Temenos product business analysis or within a financial institution's IT department
• T24 functional and configuration experience in at least one area: Common, Accounting, Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, or Treasury
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of T24 interfaces with third-party systems (e.g., screen changes, new inquiries)
• Functional knowledge of Autoforms (LN and DM) or Temenos Analytics
• Experience with test automation and the full SDLC
• Bachelor's degree in Computing or a related field
• Deep domain knowledge in Corporate Banking, SWIFT, General Ledger, or Treasury modules
