T24 Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes and reporting requirements, documenting them to coordinate with development teams
• Lead gap analysis discussions and create essential documentation including BRD, FSD, and BRFSD
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for T24 system configuration and customization
• Troubleshoot BAU system issues using JIRA and Confluence, liaising with technical teams for timely closure
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and migration plans
• Collaborate with technical BAs, global partners, and vendors to ensure successful system implementations
• Identify process risks and implement mitigants to protect the bank's risk parameters
• Provide walkthroughs and training to business users as required

Requirements

• University graduate in business or a related field
• 2 to 15 years of experience working on T24 projects
• Proven experience in banking operations such as Payments, Trade Finance, Treasury, Deposits, or Loans
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and documentation skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and determine acceptable technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• End-to-end experience in CBS implementation projects, specifically with T24 AA, TPH, MD, and LD modules
• Experience managing end-to-end projects, including migrations from legacy systems to T24
• Proficiency with project management tools including JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Visio
• Knowledge of T24 Analytics
