T24 Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes and reporting requirements, documenting them to coordinate with development teams
• Lead gap analysis discussions and create essential documentation including BRD, FSD, and BRFSD
• Troubleshoot BAU system issues and track them using JIRA and Confluence
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for T24 system configuration and customization
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and migration plans
• Collaborate with technical BAs, global partners, and vendors to ensure successful system implementations
• Identify process risks and implement mitigants to protect bank risk parameters
• Provide walkthroughs and training to business users as required

Requirements

• University graduate in business or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in bank operations (e.g., Payments, Trade Finance, Deposits, Loans, Treasury, or Accounting)
• Strong knowledge of T24 modules and Core Banking System (CBS) products
• Proficiency with project tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and documentation skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills to influence stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CBS implementation projects, specifically T24 AA, TPH, MD, or LD modules
• Familiarity with T24 Analytics
• Experience working within a Global Capability Center (GCC)
