System/Test Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of system test engineers supporting Instinct accelerator product development
• Define and execute system-level test strategies spanning pre-silicon planning, post-silicon bring-up, customer samples, and high-volume manufacturing
• Drive alignment on test coverage, validation readiness, and quality metrics across lab, manufacturing, and customer environments
• Partner cross-functionally with Design, Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Engineering teams
• Oversee planning and execution for system test deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation
• Identify technical, schedule, and quality risks and drive mitigation plans
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership
• Champion continuous improvement in test methodologies, tools, and processes

Requirements

• Experience leading system test or validation teams in semiconductor product development
• Strong background supporting GPU, accelerator, or complex SoC-based products
• Experience with pre-silicon planning, post-silicon validation, and manufacturing readiness
• Proven people management experience, including hiring, mentoring, and performance development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and geographically distributed engineering environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to director-level leadership
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft tools for planning, tracking, and reporting
