About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of verification and validation (V&V) plans, procedures, and test activities for subsystems, products, and components
- Define subsystem verification strategies based on program requirements using structured methodologies
- Lead subsystem level integration and test activities, including test readiness and integration readiness reviews
- Ensure system performance meets mission and program requirements
- Analyze and document test results, discrepancies, and corrective actions
- Articulate risks and opportunities to program leadership to support decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
- 9+ years of experience in systems integration, verification, validation, ICDs, and risk management
- Experience developing hardware verification plans, test procedures, and test environments
- Proven technical troubleshooting skills for complex system issues
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
Preferred Qualifications
- 14+ years of experience in systems integration and V&V
- Experience with CAMEO or other model-based system engineering (MBSE/SysML) tools
- Proficiency with requirements management and traceability tools such as DOORS
- Strong background in hardware and/or software integration
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
