Systems Tooling - Member of Technical Staff

Responsibilities

• Extend profiling and tracing tooling for new accelerators, including collection, compression, and visualisation of performance data
• Develop CLI tools and automation wrappers to simplify workflows like spinning up inference stacks and launching benchmarks
• Convert internal tooling prototypes into high-performance, scalable, and accessible commands
• Build tooling to support multi-agent serving workflows, including request tracing and pipeline visualisation
• Create internal libraries and abstractions to enable engineering teams to move faster

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals including clean APIs and clear documentation
• Experience with profiling and tracing systems such as perf, Nsight, or Tracy
• Familiarity with observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
• Ability to work across the stack from low-level trace collection to developer-facing CLI tools
