Systems Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support via phone and screen-sharing to help clients navigate configuration, product functionality, and hosted services.
• Perform deep-dive technical troubleshooting regarding system performance, permissions, and data inconsistencies to resolve complex application errors.
• Collaborate with Development teams by documenting software defects and trends to influence future platform enhancements.
• Author and publish high-impact Knowledge Base articles to empower customers and internal peers.

Requirements

• College degree in a relevant technical field.
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• Proficiency with Google products.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a "detective's instinct" for resolving technical hurdles.
• Excellent professional presence with the ability to maintain empathy during challenging customer interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with SQL or a background in coding/programming.
• Prior experience working within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) or construction technology space.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage and track complex case lists.
