Systems Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support via phone and screen-sharing to help clients navigate configuration, product functionality, and hosted services
• Perform deep-dive technical troubleshooting regarding system performance, permissions, and data inconsistencies
• Collaborate with Development teams by documenting software defects and trends to influence future platform enhancements
• Author and publish high-impact Knowledge Base articles to empower customers and peers

Requirements

• College degree in a relevant field
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems
• Proficiency with Google products
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a "detective's instinct" for resolving technical hurdles
• Excellent professional phone presence and ability to maintain empathy during challenging interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with SQL or a background in coding/programming
• Prior experience working within the AECO or construction technology space
• Experience using CRM systems to manage and track complex case lists
