About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and cloud-based systems to ensure minimal downtime for the Lehi-based team.
  • Manage the operational health and security posture of the SmithRx SaaS ecosystem.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-scale technology deployments and internal tool architecture.
  • Architect and manage user identity and access through the full employee lifecycle using automated workflows.
  • Maintain macOS/Windows fleets, mobile device management (MDM), and endpoint management strategies.
  • Resolve and document system issues via a ticketing system, performing root-cause analysis to improve stability.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide critical support after hours and on weekends.
  • Create and manage internal documentation, system configurations, and self-help guides.
  • Ensure all systems and hardware adhere to HIPAA guidelines and industry security best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in systems support, technical operations, or a related high-growth technology role.
  • Strong working knowledge of macOS, Windows, and SaaS administration (identity management, cloud productivity, and collaboration tools).
  • Ability to diagnose complex issues across hardware, software, and basic networking (VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi).
  • Proven ability to deliver white-glove service and communicate complex technical scenarios to non-technical partners.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lehi, UT, Monday through Friday.
  • Proactive self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern stacks including Okta, Kandji/Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, and Jira/Confluence.
  • Previous experience in a HIPAA-regulated or SOC2-compliant environment.
  • Basic experience with scripting or automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Python.
