Systems Support Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for Talis Clinical's software and hardware solutions to clinicians and clinical engineering teams
• Respond to customer calls and participate in weekend rotations and on-call schedules
• Execute troubleshooting workflows for devices and perform basic SQL and database tasks under guidance
• Document software defects, system enhancement requests, and client issues using CRM and Azure DevOps
• Travel to customer sites to assist with device installation, testing, validation, and go-live support
• Execute test cases and support device QA testing to validate reliability, usability, and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Healthcare (including internship or project experience)
• OR an Associate degree with 1-3 years of relevant technical experience
• 0–2 years of experience in technical support, healthcare IT, or clinical systems
• Strong computer, application, and network troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical issues to resolution

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating room medical devices, procedures, and workflows
• Experience with Azure DevOps or CRM documentation tools
• Foundational understanding of SQL and database operations
