Systems Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete batch feed loading to ensure new business and policy amendments meet agreed SLAs
• Run monthly reconciliations and billings for CE countries, including managing file transfers and interfaces
• Provide weekly and monthly MIS reporting
• Support the testing of new releases and system upgrades across core systems
• Assist with campaign, product, and new document set-ups for the in-house Customer Service System
• Ensure daily tasks comply with Accident & Health service standards, FCA Code of Practice, and Sarbanes-Oxley audit controls

Requirements

• Previous experience in systems, operations, or business support
• Experience in consumer billing, ideally within an insurance or financial services environment
• Confidence working with data, reports, and system processes
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
