Systems Strategist

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical systems to ensure they are operational, updated, and optimized for performance
• Ensure ongoing security and integrity of AV and IT systems through proactive maintenance
• Assist Oklahoma Baptist churches with audio/video inquiries, training, and equipment recommendations
• Support live event production, coordination, and operation
• Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT initiatives
• Coordinate with third-party service providers and vendors
• Maintain a vital daily walk with God and be active in a local Southern Baptist church

Requirements

• Associate degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT networking, cybersecurity, or related fields
• Proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Excel) and Adobe products
• Ability to connect, configure, and secure wired and wireless networks
• Basic knowledge of enterprise technologies including network, storage, identity management, and cloud services
• Understanding of security operations and cybersecurity monitoring tools
• Ability to diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA or Microsoft
